Kathi graduated with her Bachelors in Kinesiology/Athletic Training from San Diego State University where she gained experience working as a certified athletic trainer with collegiate, professional, and high school athletes. She has a background in fitness and rehabilitation from orthopedic and neurological injuries. She is a former competitive swimmer, water polo player and dancer. Her favorite fitness activities are swimming, yoga and lifting weights. Don’t let her petiteness deceive you.
